Refund Policy

1. Right to Cancel and Request Refund

Customers of Daryabi Exchange (Daryabee Enterprises Pty Ltd.) have the right to cancel a money transfer before the funds have been disbursed to the recipient. To cancel a transfer and request a refund, customers must contact Daryabi Exchange’s customer service team via the provided channels: Phone, email, or in-person at our office.

2. Refund Process

Once a cancellation request is received, Daryabi Exchange will confirm whether the transfer can be cancelled. The confirmation process will take between 3 to 5 business days. Upon confirmation of cancellation, the original transfer amount (minus cancellation fees) will be refunded to the original account used to make the transaction.

3. Cancellation Fees

Please note that cancellation fee will apply for all cancelled transfers. The fee charged for initiating the transfer will not be refunded under any circumstances. This fee compensates for the administrative costs involved in processing the transfer.

4. Refund Timeline

Refunds will be processed within 3 to 5 business days after confirmation of the cancellation. The time it takes for the refunded amount to appear in the customer’s account may depend on the policies of their financial institution.

5. Exceptions

If the funds have already been disbursed to the recipient or transferred through intermediary banks, the transfer cannot be canceled, and no refund will be provided.

6. Compliance with Australian Consumer Law

This refund policy is in line with Australian Consumer Law. Daryabi Exchange is committed to ensuring the protection of its customers’ rights and providing transparent and efficient services.
